SlapWin does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. Microphone access stays on your device. We only receive what you voluntarily send us (like a support email or a Kickback claim).
When you buy a Premium license, your payment is processed by Polar.sh. We receive your Order ID and email address to deliver your license and process refunds. We do not handle or store your payment card details — Polar does.
If you submit a Kickback claim, you voluntarily provide your Order ID, a public social media link, and an email address. We use this only to verify and process your refund.
This website may use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — page views and referrers only. No personal data or cross-site tracking.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to respond to you.
SlapWin requests microphone access solely to detect physical impact sounds on your device. Audio is processed in real time, locally, and is never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. You can revoke microphone permission at any time via Windows Settings and the App will stop functioning.

We retain purchase-related information (Order ID, email) for as long as necessary to support your license and comply with legal obligations. Kickback submission data is deleted after the refund is processed.
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. EU/GDPR, California/CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
SlapWin is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
