By downloading, installing, or using SlapWin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SlapWin is a Windows desktop application that listens for physical impact sounds via your device's microphone and plays an audio response. The App does not transmit microphone data to any server. All audio processing happens locally on your device.
SlapWin is designed as an entertainment application. Physically striking your device — laptop, keyboard, desk, or any hardware — carries inherent risk of damage. You assume full responsibility for any damage to your hardware, peripherals, or property that results from your use of the App. SlapWin, its creator, and any affiliated parties are not liable for broken screens, damaged chassis, voided warranties, or any other hardware-related outcomes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlapWin and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to hardware damage, data loss, loss of profits, or personal injury — arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
SlapWin offers a free tier with limited functionality (5 slaps). Additional features require a paid Premium license purchased through our payment processor (Polar.sh). All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. Refunds under the Creator Kickback program are subject to their own terms as described on the main page.
The 50% refund offer requires: (a) a verified purchase with a valid Order ID, (b) a public Reel or TikTok post featuring SlapWin, and (c) documented evidence of at least 2,000 organic views within 90 days of purchase. We reserve the right to verify claims and deny fraudulent or ineligible submissions. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
